Delivery Time

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We have a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).  Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00 – Amsterdam / 11:00 AM EST / 8:00 AM PST) will be processed the same day. All products go through a short processing stage before they are shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding if delays occur. Of course, we will keep you informed and always strive to minimize any delays.

Shipping Service

We work with reliable carriers such as DHL, BPost, and FedEx to deliver our orders. Thanks to this cooperation, your order is delivered safely, and you will always have access to real-time tracking information, allowing you to easily follow your package.
